PROCESSING METHODS

Data processing will be carried out using manual and automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected: to enable you to receive commercial, informative, promotional and/or advertising material, accreditations. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access. The processing connected to the web services of this site is carried out only by personnel authorised for processing, or by any external processors who carry out occasional maintenance operations.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

For the purposes of letter A), reference is made to Art 6 – Par 1 let. A GDPR 679/2016: consent of the data subject

For purposes b) and c), reference is made to art 6 Par.1 let. B GDPR 679/2016: execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject

RETENTION PERIOD:

For data processed for the purpose of letter a), reference is made to the specific privacy notice.

For data processed for the purpose of letter b), the retention period is a maximum of 7 days, except where the data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

For data processed for the purposes of letter c), data is retained for the time necessary to fulfil the request and subsequently deleted.

Data voluntarily provided by the user

Consultation of the site does not require any provision of personal data by the user. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Such data will be used solely for the purpose of following up on the user's request and may be communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.
